Refunds & Cancellations

This policy applies to Ai Agent subscription licenses sold by Adwapi through ai.adwapi.com and payment partners (Cashfree).

1. Subscription model

Ai Agent is sold as a monthly subscription (Starter ₹999/month or Pro ₹2,499/month, prices in INR). Each payment activates or renews your license for one billing period.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel auto-renewal at any time by emailing raj4everwap@gmail.com before your next billing date.
After cancellation, your license remains active until the end of the paid period, then expires.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel billing — please contact us explicitly.

3. Refund eligibility

7-day refund: If the service does not work as described and our support cannot resolve the issue within 7 days of first payment, you may request a full refund of that payment.
Duplicate payment: Full refund for accidental duplicate charges (contact us with transaction ID).
License not activated: If we fail to deliver a working license within 48 hours of confirmed payment, you may request a full refund.

4. Non-refundable cases

Partial months after the 7-day window when the license was active and usable.
Revocation due to Terms violation (spam, abuse, illegal use).
Third-party costs (e.g. your own Gemini API usage, WhatsApp data charges).
Change of mind after successful activation and use beyond the 7-day period.

5. Refund process

Email raj4everwap@gmail.com with your Google account email, license key, payment date, and Cashfree order/transaction ID.
We respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days (as per bank/UPI partner timelines).

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a bank chargeback — we will try to resolve issues faster. Unjustified chargebacks may result in permanent license revocation.
