These Terms govern your use of services offered by Adwapi (“we”, “us”), including the Ai Agent mobile application and web panel at ai.adwapi.com.

1. Service

Ai Agent provides WhatsApp sales automation tools: AI replies, product catalog, order collection, cloud sync, and optional CRM webhooks. WhatsApp messaging runs on your own Android device; we do not host your WhatsApp session on our servers.

2. License & subscription

Access requires a valid monthly license key issued by Adwapi.
Plans and prices are listed on ai.adwapi.com in INR (₹).
One license is tied to one Google account unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Shared AI usage may be subject to monthly fair-use limits; BYOK (your own Gemini API key) may be required on some plans.

3. Your responsibilities

Comply with WhatsApp Terms of Service, applicable Indian laws (IT Act, DPDP where applicable), and telecom/marketing rules.
Obtain customer consent before automated messaging or data processing.
Keep your device secure; you are responsible for your WhatsApp account and linked device.
Do not use the service for spam, fraud, illegal goods, or harassment.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via authorised payment partners (e.g. Cashfree) in Indian Rupees. Subscription fees are billed as agreed at purchase. Failed or reversed payments may suspend your license.

5. Intellectual property

Software, branding, and documentation remain our property. You retain ownership of your catalog, customer data, and business content.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific sales results, WhatsApp account status, or uninterrupted AI responses. AI outputs may contain errors — review critical orders before fulfilment.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or revoke licenses for breach of these Terms or abuse. You may stop using the service at any time; refund rules are in our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance.
